Telemedicine Services

The office is offering Telemedicine services which allows you the opportunity to speak to Dr. Vakil without having to come into the office.  

Telemedicine services  are provided through the Doxy.me platform.

STEPS

1.  Must have access to computer, tablet or smartphone

2.  Schedule appointment and provide email address

3.  Link will be sent to the provided email address

4.  Check in by entering first and last name

5.  Wait for the provider to start the call

6.  Afterwards, the office will call back to schedule a follow up appointment and any testing the provider orders

Dr. Vakil is wonderful. His office staff is friendly, competent, and respond in a very timely fashion. I chose him as my pulmonologist because I was once an RN for his critical patients in the hospital. He is a great physician! Kind, caring, has a great bedside manner, and always was great with the nursing staff as well. His care has made a huge difference in my chronic, lifelong respiratory issues. 10/10.

I was quickly seen by Dr. Vakil and after our discussion he suggested a plan of action for me to follow. In addition, I forgot my credit card at home. Patricia was very nice and accepted a picture of my credit card as payment for my visit. Unfortunately, the parking attendant was not able accept a picture of my credit card. Without me even asking Patricia offered to loan me the money to pay for my parking fee. It is so refreshing to find someone that trusted another human being that they barely knew.
