Katie C.

CCM Assistant

My name is Katie! I’m a wife and a mother of 4 kids, 4 cats, and 2 cows.  It’s always busy around my house, between the kids and the critters. I have been a nurse for 10+ years.  I’ve worked in a lot of different areas: geriatrics, primary care, gastroenterology, LTC.

With my experience and knowledge I have a huge respect for the CCM program.  If it was widely available to everyone, I believe it would be easier for my patients to keep up with their health and their doctor’s recommendations.  Everyone needs a little help here and there and I would love to be able to assist people with living the healthiest life possible.

Sally W.

CCM Assistant

Hi – my name is Sally and I currently live in Georgia with my family! I’ve been a nurse for 2 years and have been in healthcare for over 5 years. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Vakil’s practice since we began our CCM program and it’s been awesome getting to help his patients with all of their healthcare needs. I end up acting as a full-service healthcare coach for our patients and it’s amazing being able to support them with whatever they need.

Jen

CCM Assistant

My name is Jen, and I have been an LPN for 10+ years. Most of my LPN career was spent working in a correctional facility. It was exciting, as everyday had its challenges, and everyday was something different.

I have a passion to help people feel good and stay healthy! I am a huge animal lover, and if I had a chance to save everyone of them I most definitely would!! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two Boston Terriers Dixie & Dawson, staying active and traveling with my husband.
